The only negative was that we were promised the e-mail addresses of all the people on our tour and it still has not been given to us so we can keep in touch with all the new friends we made.

The service was great. The tour guide was extremly knowledgeable. The driver was courteous and safe. My family will bok with Trafalgar again.

Business model of adding 10+ optional extras on a 7 day tour creates class system on coach. Will be better if more is include upfront and reflected in the cost, and say 2 or 3 optional extras.
