The Wi-Fi on the motorcoaches uses the mobile phone network, and as a result, the connection will be slower than standard broadband and, at times, may not be available. Audio and video streaming is not available on motorcoach Wi-Fi.In addition, we advise that guests contact their phone provider about international roaming and their charges before departure. Alternatively, we recommend guests purchase a local SIM card upon arrival in the region they will be visiting. Our Contracting Team works hard to select comfortable and well-located hotels, but please note that hotel standards may differ from what you are accustomed to in your home country. As a result, some hotel rooms may vary in size, character and amenities. Additionally, we carefully select hotels that provide our guests with an immersive experience, whether because of their proximity to cultural landmarks or breathtaking natural surroundings. However, each establishment should still meet our standards regarding its condition.
