The Wi-Fi on the motorcoaches uses the mobile phone network, so the connection will be slower than standard broadband and, at times, may not be available. Audio and video streaming is not available on motorcoach Wi-Fi.
We also understand that missing out on your pre-planned activity was disappointing. While you can book tickets directly and in advance, we recommend that our guests refrain from doing so, as our itinerary may change due to unforeseen circumstances, and illnesses may occur. Regrettably, because these Optional Experiences are booked with third-party companies, we must adhere to their booking conditions.
Furthermore, we take cleanliness very seriously and have stringent measures to ensure our coaches remain clean. We are surprised this was not your experience. For evaluation, your feedback has been shared with our Product Development and Quality Control Department.
