Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the delivery wasn't what you expected. For us to be able to ship nationwide, we use a pallet line delivery service which has certain criteria that a delivery location needs to meet. This is highlighted in the checkout stage where its required to check a tick box confirming that the criteria is met, and also in our 'delivery and returns info' page. Your feedback is useful for us to know how we can improve, thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your delivery didn't arrive when it was meant to. I have spoken with our logistics team who are investigating what happened. Although our contact details are visible on our website when using a desktop, we are looking into creating a contact us page for both mobile and desktop to make contacting us easier. Dear Bryony, thanks for taling the time to read my feed-back. It would have been even better if I had had an answer to tell me what went wrong with my delivery, raher than to tell me you are looking into it, whuch sounds non commital, and to offer me my delivery charge back, as your company delivered a week late. Also, no apology with regards your delivery company blocking my garage door when they actuallyhad plenty of space to leave the delivery without doing so. Thanks, bjt I find the response falls short on this occasion.

Thank you for leaving us some feedback Jeff. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the product you received. Due to the nature of the product being manufactured from recycled soils, we can't guarantee that there won't be any stone content within. While they do help with aeration and drainage, I understand your frustrations. We are looking into being more transparent on our website listings.
