One of the reasons I have switched this feedback thing on is to help us spot any problems. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We have trialled downloads using zipped files to 'make it easier' for people to get the files as it would only be one file per download. We did this for a period of about 6 weeks and identified that some people where experiencing problems with either "unzipping" files and or in transferring them them onto their devices. I have since completely redone the downloads and will email you a link to re-download those files, fingers crossed, directly to your iphone. Please let me know how this goes for you. Can you let me know when you have received the CD and that you are happy with it please? Regarding the links the only other thought I can suggest is if you have the files on your computer, can you bring them into your iTunes library, then synchronise to your iPhone? Thanks for coming back. What was the issue with the import via iTunes? I think the process might be that you would need to download the files, locate them on your computer, then go into iTunes and do File then Add file to library (the files might be in your downloads folder) CONTROL-O is a shortcut They then should be visible in iTunes. Then you have to plug in your phone (USB) and sync. Can you let me know what you had as problem with so I can improve our instructions/service further. I am sorry you experienced this problem and that you struggled to get through on the phone. I am also looking into some 'customer service' software because that will help us keep on top of any queries or issues our customers have so we can better serve our customers. I am sorry you experienced this problem and you had trouble communicating with us. I have not been able to track down your email. I apologise for this and that you did not get what you wanted. I have therefore refunded you in full. Further to the problem you experienced I am also looking into some 'customer service' software because that will help us keep on top of any queries or issues our customers have so we can better serve our customers. We do care about women having better births otherwise we would not be doing what we do but we are human and have got our service wrong on this occasion and I am sorry.
