The service was good. I sold my home and had to pay a cancellation charge to cancel the policy which possibly could have been slightly cheaper.

Thank you for your review, we believe we are transparent with our charges which are discussed at renewal and also appear in our Terms of Business document, but we are pleased that you felt it was overall good value for money.

As advised, overall I’m happy and as explained to the advisor I understood the charges but would have been better had they been slightly reduced. I definitely had a policy and you have also sent me a link to provide feedback after I cancelled. Otherwise why would I even be wasting my time doing this?
