I am truly sorry you are unhappy with only getting 2 samples. We do not charge for samples and only for postage and packing which is cheap at £4.95. For additional samples you would need to purchase another sample order. Even one sample would cost the same for postage. However, I don't like to have unhappy customers. If you think there is another sample that would help you make a decision I am happy to authorise for it to be sent free of charge as a good will gesture. We are naturally sorry to hear you will not be buying from Kedel in future, but we must point out that we arranged for your order to be shipped direct from our supplier so you would get it more quickly. We therefore had no direct control over the behaviour of the delivery driver. We will, however, be in contact with the supplier to find out what went wrong in this case. I don't suppose you have any images so we can prove the mess that was left for you to clear up. If there are images please do email them over.

Thank you so much for such a great review. We are very enthusiastic about making waste plastic useful instead of chucking it in landfill or incinerating it. And we would like to make it cheaper, but the labour involved in doing this is still quite expensive and the cost of recycled plastic materials tracks the price of oil. Read about it here.

The driver in this case must simply not have known the area. We can also see it clearly on google maps. The apology was sincere as it does no good to us or our customers if delivery companies fall down at the last hurdle.

I'm sorry you were disappointed by the delay in delivering your picnic Table. We actually make these to order and the lead time is 4-6 weeks especially at this time of year. Right now is our busiest season. Your picnic table actually shipped out today and you should have received an email notification of this. It takes 3-4 days from that email to arrive with you. We have had email issues this month as well due to two powercuts that lasted all day. This has disrupted our usually speedy response to enquiries, so I am sorry you have been inconvenienced by this lac of response. But we are always glad to receive your feedback on our performance as it helps us improve get better at meeting customer expectations, so thank you for taking the time to send your message.
