We are genuinely sorry you felt delivery was a nightmare. You ordered on 14th Nov. We packed your order ready for collection on Fri 15th and we don't work weekends. It was booked in for collection by XDP on Mon 18th Nov. It should have been delivered by Friday at the latest but appears to have been left till after the weekend. We have taken this up with XDP. Our standard delivery window is 3-5 days from date of pickup from us and NOT from the date of order. An email is sent on the day the courier collects the order from us. This is clearly stated in delivery information beside each product on our website as well as in our terms and conditions of sale. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times as these are beyond our control. The cost of delivery can be disproportionate on smaller orders such as yours due to the length and weight of the products, but we use the least expensive shipping method we can find and are also looking for resellers around the UK to make it easier for domestic customers who would therefore not have to pay for shipping costs.

You should normally receive a call or email if your order is delayed. We sincerely apologise for the lack of communication in this instance. When your order does ship out you will get an email to let you know. The order should arrive 3-4 days after that email. We ask delivery drivers to call you 1 hour before delivery though in practise we have found there is no guarantee they will do so.
