I have just chased your order and found that we were waiting for one product you ordered to come in. You should have been called to let you know about the delay and I am trying to find out why you weren't. The missing product came in today and your order will ship out tomorrow. It is a standard delivery so will take 3-5 days to reach you. I can only apologise that your experience has been poor. It is certainly not up to the standard we expect of our staff so someone will be getting rocket for failing to keep you informed. We are naturally devastated that you were so unhappy as to call us a terrible company. We have certainly had a problem with your order, but we have always had excellent independent reviews on this Feefo review platform both for service as well as products. We are truly sorry you had such a bad experience We are also one of the few companies carrying such a wide variety of recycled plastic types and also one of the few who will sell these direct to the general public in small quantities. In fact about 75% of our customers are private individuals with small orders who want to use recycled plastic both because of its no maintenance advantages and to help keep plastic waste out of landfill and incinerators. We do seem to get it right most of the time judging by our customer star ratings but we aren't perfect. We do appreciate your feedback as it pushes us further along the road to perfection. I should add that we do keep our couriers informed and pass on any information you give us regarding delivery including your telephone or mobile number which we ask them to call 1 hour prior to delivery. We cannot guarantee that they will do this unfortunately and we do not have our own trucks yet. Be glad when we do as delivery services are the main fly in the ointment.

CORRECTION: I can see that your order actually came late evening on the 25th April. We picked it up on the 26th and had to wait for part of the stock to come in, but we shipped it out to you on Tues 30th April and we estimated that you should have received delivery at about 10am on Thueday 2nd May. But nevertheless you should have been called as soon as we realised there was a delay on part of the order. For that I can only apologise. The same product ran out again and today we received another delivery so it is currently in stock.

Note that we delivered in 4 working days from receiving your order on the morning of 26th April which is not such bad service really.

The manufacture time will reduce as we are currently investing in new machinery to increase production. Sorry you were kept waiting in this instance. We get 30% increase in demand every year and it takes some keeping up with. It's a good sign though and shows people are definitely keep on recycling plastic into something useful instead of chucking it into landfill.

I am truly sorry if you were told you would receive goods in 3 days from ordering as our website does not say this. It's 3-4 days from when we despatch the goods and you receive an email same day that we ship them out to confirm they are on the way. You ordered on Friday the 1st March just after midday. We obviously couldn't get the order packed and shipped that day and we don't work weekends. We packed and shipped the goods on Monday 4th and they were delivered 3 days later on the 7th March. Next day delivery is possible at extra cost but you need to call us to arrange this.

I should also mention that we only charge what it costs us to ship goods to you. The cost is related to the weight and length of goods and we ship it as cheaply as we can. If you know of any cheaper ways to deliver we would be really interested to hear about it as we are researching this all the time. We are also looking for resellers of our products around the country and are currently in negotiations, so there is hope cost of delivery may come down in time.
