I had to phone to find out where the ferry leaves in Liverpool as we needed to book accommodation nearby.
Also I would have liked some information about booking a seat and whether it's essential to do
I,ve used the ferry a number of times and its always fine but I dont like the dividing up of the on board space to limit passengers and squeeze more money out for different areas.
The lady I spoke to on the phone had excellent customer service
She was very thorough in the information she gave me
Made the booking experience very pleasant
The only problem I hit trying to book on-line was that there was no easy way to add upgrades to the booking . The program just skipped past that page .
