Thank you for purchasing a Nordgreen watch and for taking the time to write a review here on Feefo.
We're very sorry to hear that you did not receive your order on time and that you had to contact us to track the shipment. We can see that you placed your order on 10th December with free postal delivery, and that you then reached out to us on 21st December informing us that you had not yet received your order. We promptly replied that unfortunately we could not see any update on the tracking and therefore we immediately shipped a replacement order. Finally, we can see that this was delivered to you just 2 days later on 23rd December.
We're really sorry that the shipment of your original order was lost and we completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, this is often something that is outside our control as couriers take care of shipping and delivering our orders. We of course took full responsibility and sent you a new shipment with express shipping at our own cost which was actually delivered to you before Christmas.
We can see that in the end you decided to return your order for a full refund which has now been processed and finalized.
We hope that looking back you can be satisfied with how we handled the situation and shipped a new order right away: we are always here to help and to ensure that you have a positive experience with our products and service.
