The return policy allows our customers to return and claim a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date and when the watch is unused. And the reason why we provide the replacement is that that's how our warranty works. With our warranty program, you have the right to get a replacement when the watch head has a manufacturer defect but not a refund, unfortunately.
