My hood/mask just slips down my face, so it doesn’t work as a coved face mask. It need elastic inserted at one end so that it fits all size faces.

Thank you for your feedback. Our face coverings are made of a 4 way stretch material for a comfortable fit and are a unisex sizing that have been tested to fit most face shapes. We are sorry to hear that this wasn't the right product for you.

The delivery came late and when the product was not as described or as in the pictures shown customer services did not help me.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see from our emails that we had arranged for this to be sent back for either a refund or an exchange. However I cannot see that we ever received this. If the item is in new condition and you would still like to return this for a refund please send us an email and this can be arranged for you.

The standard of Finish was poor considering the cost of the leggings. They were very very hot in the Summer months. They dried quickly after washing.
