I am very sorry to hear of this matter.
Having looked at your order I can see that your purchased 3 bottle of Calcium & Magnesium using a 3 for 2 promotion on the 17th March 2024. The expiry date of this product is until the end of July 2024 allowing time to use 1 pot fully within this time period.
Our regulators only require us to guarantee an expiry date to ensure that there is sufficient time for consumption, so for example if you were to purchase a product that contained 60 tablets, if 1 per day were to be taken we would only have to guarantee an expiry date of 60 days, if 2 a day were to be taken, we would only have to guarantee an expiry date of 30 days.
If you are choosing to buy a large supply, we would recommend that you always contact us prior to purchasing this so that we can let you know the expiry dates of the products that you would like to buy and then you can make an informed decision on whether it is in your best interest to purchase the larger quantity.
I can see that you have been in touch with our Customer Service team already and they have arranged for a freepost returns label to be sent so these can be returned. We have not received notification of these being posted yet, however if you did obtain a postal receipt please email this to customercare@simplysupplements.co.uk and we will be able to deal with this quicker for you.
