I am sorry to hear that Yodel has left your parcel at the wrong property. Please be assured that we do not deem this acceptable and a complaint has been logged with Yodel in regards to this.
Unfortunately, we do no longer use Royal Mail for deliveries. This decision was based on previous customer feedback and whilst they were striking, we could not guarantee the delivery time of our parcels. We are currently in contract with Yodel for deliveries, so when this is coming up for renewal, we consider all customer feedback and the percentages of successful deliveries to make an informed decision.
