Thanks for your comments above. Unfortunately, you were extremely unlucky here as the fixtures were changed by the Premier League on the same day you made your booking. Our admin team sent out a mass communication email to all customers affected by the fixture changes.
Unfortunately, we have no control over fixture changes, these are controlled by the Premier League and if fixtures are selected for TV broadcasting or other circumstances affect the original fixture date e.g. a fixture clash, then as soon as we're notified we will send an email to all customers advising them of their options.
We advise this in the Important Information section throughout the booking journey, which all customers must read and agree to before completing the check out process.
I have looked at your booking and I can see your booking has been amended in line with the new fixture date.
