Thank you for your feedback regarding our booking journey and cost of your NFL match break.
We went on sale at 10am on 22nd June 2022, which we advertised on our website. NFL London games are extremely popular, so we implemented a queuing system on our website to manage the traffic to ensure fairness for all customers who wanted to purchase a match break.
We take on board your feedback about the booking journey, and we will consider your suggestions for future events we go on sale with, but we will need to obtain more customer feedback to implement such a change to our current booking journey, so we will monitor this.
Regarding your seats, we are the Official Match Break Sponsor of NFL London Games and we have a seat allocation in each of the seating categories at each stadium, which is listed in our booking journey. This means whichever category customers select they will be guaranteed to be seated in the category they have booked. We do not have live seat numbers, and seat rows available yet as we will only know this information once we receive the tickets off the NFL. Once we have this information, we will detail these in our Final Documents which we send to customers around 7-10 days before the event, and e-tickets will be issued around 3-5 days before the event.
We do list all of the hotel information including the full address on the accommodation section of the booking journey, which customers have found useful in the past as they can use this to calculate distance from the stadium via google maps. We do take on board your comments about having some information about distance from the hotel to the stadium, and we will look to implement information like this within our booking journey.
Regards to your comments about making an 'enormous profit', we feel we offer a fair price for what we offer which is an Official NFL ticket, hotel stay including breakfast, we operate a contact centre available between 8.30am - 7pm Monday - Saturday where staff are on hand to help you with your booking or any enquiries you may have, and we also have a dedicated 24hr out of hours team who are also available to help you out in any emergency situation.
I'm sorry to hear you would not use us again based on your post booking experience nor would you recommend us, but we hope that once you've been to the event this changes your views.
