Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you feel this information is unclear. To clarify; the Growth and Income accounts are automated and will therefore invest your funds for you. The Self-Select account allows you to actively manage your own investments.

Please just let us know if you require any help finding the ‘Edit profile’ page that will enable you to amend your preferences. The option to receive these emails is available to ensure that all investors who actively manage their own investments are aware of all opportunities to invest should they wish to add more funds to their account.

We aim to provide as much transparency as possible regarding updates on loans with repayments that are overdue, in arrears or at loss status. There may however, be times where we only have limited information to update. Please be aware that investors will only receive updates for loans that they have investments in. Our experience has shown that the recoveries process can unfortunately take some time to progress, particularly if there are courts involvement, but rest assured we continue to pursue all avenues to conclusion. In terms of the point regarding questions by lenders on loans, we do actively encourage borrowers to respond to such queries and we monitor those unanswered.
