Tried to carry over our deposit from last years booking which got cancelled due to COVID, but got told as the deposit for our new booking is less, we will lose the difference as we can’t use the money

Very happy to report ‘To Tuscany’ reached out to me to discuss my issue and kindly refunded the difference in deposit. This was very much appreciated by the group and allows us to fully focus on having a lovely holiday in the summer. Thank you to the customer service team for flagging and acting upon my concerns.
