Thank you for your comments, I'm so sorry to read that you have left us a 1 star service review and that you are not 100% happy with your wallpaper sample. Our standard samples are 52cm x 30cm, which is far larger than A4 one supplied by most wallpaper companies. The samples are not designed to show the full design, there are many images on our site for this, but to show customers the exact colour and texture of the paper. As stated in our T&Cs, samples are non-refundable. I am also sorry you feel that the response you received was 'curt'. I have personally read through all emails to/from you and believe we have been courteous and professional at all times.
