Disappointed. It is obvious that my order was not given a lot of thought. Surely, if the florist did not have the vibrant flowers which I'd ordered then something similar should have been provided. When a customer asks for bright, vibrant flowers I would suggest that white daises and blue flowers were not a good alternative. My friend telephoned to thanlk me. She was obviously pleased to receive a bouquet, so I sent a personal note to Elgia, but when I saw the bouquet I was disappointed. I felt my money was not well spent and I will be reluctant to shop online again.
