David, thank you for taking the time give us feedback. We are very sorry we didn't meet your expectation. Not sure if you are aware but we have been trying to reach you to continue to work the problem. We use very high spec servers, but unfortunately speed is a product of many factors including you location and ISP, the quality of your equipment (device and router), peak versus off peak times. disruption in the line between and our servers. regards
