Hello Simon, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. When you subscribe to our service you are not contracted and can cancel at anytime. If you cancel within 30 days, upon request, we will also refund the fee. In your case, the service was never cancelled and we did not receive a request to cancel until your recent communication with us. We are very sorry are not satisfied with our service. regards

Standard reply doesn’t answer questions!
Very prompt at answering e mails, but sometimes forget it is people who are contacting them who are probably not as good as them around i pads etc, a standard reply does not answer the questions that...
