It was complicated to use. Especially once book purchased, it was very difficult to realise I could not read without another download. Better explanations needed if I shop again. Thanks. I would recommend you find a dozen people of all ages, capability to shop and buy books for reading online that are veterans, newbies, and all in between and as a focus group help you see the site with new eyes.
