Having seen other comments after leaving mine, I too was very surprised to not receive an email confirming the placing of the order. I have found this is a norm with web orders. It gives a chance to see that one has got the order right. The first Trunki response I had was stating the day of delivery. That I also next got a time slot was great.

Excellent service despite the automated email confirmation of my order not functioning. Delivery was quick, the products are inspired, very well made and the kids love them.
