Hello,

Due to the Christmas period we was out of office from 21st of December till the 2nd of January, your order was placed on the 22nd so wouldn't of been processed until the 2nd, you should have received your item by now, please could you update with your current feedback.

Due to ordering over the Christmas period the office was not staffed therefore, they could not get in touch with me. However in the new year they were very prompt & excellent with getting in touch with me & very quickly resolved the non delivery which was partly my fault for choosing an incorrect delivery option. Everything has now been received & very happy with service & product. Thank you very much!!!

Bottles in a box with no packing. Legally, I believe chemicals need to be double packed i.e. the bottles should be in a plastic bag.
