We are sorry you were not happy but we cannot guarantee units 4 weeks in advance. We run at very high occupancy so our policy is we only take reservations 7 days in advance when we have absolute clarity on availability. This was clearly communicated to you at the time so it feels a little unreasonable that you have come back with a one star review.

Hi very clean storage units , the automatic lights only stay on for 2 minutes could do with being on longer timer as Makes it difficult to sort out in unit when lights turn off
