We totally understand your frustrations. Joolz have had serious supply issues with the new Day2 and we are equally frustrated with them. We like to keep our customers fully updated with correct information and unfortunately Joolz have not been able to do this with us. We have been reluctant to take orders on the new Joolz Day2 and we are certainly not going to be taking anymore Joolz orders until they sort out their supply. We apologize again for any inconvenience caused and we are just pleased that we managed to get your pram before your baby arrived.

Very attentive service, talked us through a range of options with no hard selling. They know their stuff far better than the 'high street ' baby specialists. V good stock range.
