Thank you for taking the time to review us.  I am so sorry you were not happy with your experience at A3Baby Barn, the vast majority of our reviews for service are 5* so I am very concerned that your experience was so different.  I will make sure that all staff are made aware of your comments. 
 Your ordered a new product (the new Swift with adjustable handle) that was only just available and so we got it in for you as soon as we could.  The colour (red) you initially ordered was the last colour to come into stock which is why we offered you a black one as you needed it sooner.

Great service, friendly atmosphere, helpful not pushy to buy at all :) I would thoroughly recommend BabyBarn to any new parents that find big shopping centres a bit too much!!
