! am disappointed that you have rated us as poor service and can only apologise. We had 3 customers who's prams were delayed due to Egg letting us down on one particular colour combination. In an ideal world we always suggest that prams are ordered 12 weeks before the due date as delays can and do happen. This was outside of A3Baby Barn's control but we offered either another colour or a loan pushchair. Our policy is always to keep customers regularly updated by phone or email as and when we have any news and I will be investigating as to why this didn't happen in your case. I am sorry we didn't provide the best service and we will use your feedback for staff training. I am so pleased you love your Egg.

Thank you for your comment. I did want to change it to good after I submitted on reflection but for some reason it wouldn't let me-I have now done this as I really don't like leaving negative feedback! I appreciate you would suggest 12 weeks for ordering -maybe this could be made slightly more obvious on your website/Facebook page as a suggestion for parents doing their initial research? Really appreciate your help Amanda.
