As I don't normally buy funeral plans I cannot compare with other providers but the procedure seemed simple enough.

Because there was some aspect of the purchase that as not the norm perhaps it took a little longer to get my message over but we got there in the end

All my enquiries were courteously and efficiently dealt with and all documents etc. arrived swiftly.

There was just one hiccup, in that my direct debit date choice was not at first recognised so requiring a second phone call to settle my choice correctly

Your service is excellent for those who have the savings to afford it. Most of our children in this day and age of Austerity cannot. I hope Feefo can take this criticism, for it comes from the heart.
