It's a few weeks since I renewed policy. I cant remember what i thought. Good idea to ask me EARLIER just after transaction. Have awarded 4 stars because the policy suited me at the moment.

One office was closing at 2.30pm and passed me to another who couldn't deal with my request and then I was passed to the N.I. office .
