We bought a beautiful lamp, it arrived badly broken, probably in transit. The Amos staff were amazing and a new one arrived a week later

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with us. We genuinely try so hard to get things right but sometimes we make mistakes and errors can happen. Although we tried to resolve this problem to your satisfaction, on this occasion it clearly was not enough. We have now altered the product description to reflect the lights (recently) updated design features.

Not the light I ordered, based on the description on the sellers website. That description was faulty so the goods received were a disappointment.
