The web service was good and easy to use but sadly I didn't think the quality of the 2 bracelets I bought were up to standard. I gave one bracelet to my daughter and she wore it once and it broke.

The braclet was very thin and flimsy and sadly we had to get the pliers out a few times to fix a few links. Not the best buy

The delivery and service was prompt and perfect. I paid extra for gift wrapping, it was nicely done but I expected a bit more.

lovely little ring - my daughter (15) wears it constantly
Also lovely although my 13 year old said it's a bit 'bling' for her. I think they're very delicate and am sure she'll grow into it. If my name began with H I'd wear it instead!
