Thank you for your feedback. We truly apologise for this experience and would like to make it up to you. Our jewellery is delicate, yet the diamante shouldn't had come out. We can ensure that we pack and process each item with extra care, however, sometimes in transit parcels gets tossed around quite heavily which unfortunately can damage the pieces.
