I find this product quite difficult to use as the hard ball is uncomfortable on the thin skin under the eye. I do use it but would prefer another way to apply it.

Hi Pat, so sorry you are finding the roller ball uncomfortable - a tip for use of the eye serum :- Store with the head facing down - if you find ball sticking run some hot water over the end before use. Hope this helps, Alternative is to rub on your finger and then apply to the eye area. Take care Tracy
