A few points I’ll mention in response to your feedback are as follows: the payment process is per industry standard, and as per our suppliers booking policies. We are unable to secure hotels, boats, guides etc without a deposit, hence why we collect a 30% of the total due amount upon confirmation of the itinerary. Our suppliers charge us 100% cancellation policy once services are booked, so we need to collect payments in advance of clients arrival.
I think the point you’ve made on travelling in Myanmar where time is of essence is a good analysis of the destination. Often, Myanmar itineraries are packed, and multiple flights are taken, as there is just so much to see in the country, so it’s important the logistics and timing are planned flawlessly, in order to take the pressure off the traveler, so they can kick back and enjoy their holiday!
