Glad you enjoyed the services of our tour guides, though apologies not all selected hotels were to your liking. All hotels we contract with in Myanmar are chosen based on specific criteria, including feedback we receive from our clients. I think it's important to point out that hotel standards in Myanmar can at times be lower then neighboring countries, such as Thailand, plus there are limited options for hotels in the country, especially in more remote areas. We do however appreciate your feedback we’re reviewing the hotels we selected for your trip and will decide if we will continue to contract with these properties or not. Hello again Suzanna. Once again we apologize for the issues you experienced on your recent holiday with us in Vietnam, however we are pleased overall you had an enjoyable trip. As you traveled during the Lunar New Year (Tet) period, Vietnam pretty much ‘shut downs’ and as you’ve remarked, many shops were closed. This was also the reason you had two guides accompany your family, due to the fact it was over New Year, and we are usually unable to book the same guide over that period. As for your other points we apologize for the inconveniences caused and hope to make it up to you, the next time you travel with us.
