The guide was not expert and he brings us to terrible restaurant for the meals.

We are very angry because we paid a lot of money but we have a poor service. The guide doesn't illustrate us the places where we stay and also we have all the lunch included in the tour and the guide always choose dirty and bad restaurant. We advise against Backyard Travel agency.

Hello again Daneila. I’ve sent you extensive feedback by email, however I want to clarify in short our response to your complaint. The area in Sumatra in which you traveled is fairly remote, and restaurants may not always be up to international standard. Your guide, Mr. Adam, who’s been working as a tourist guide since 2000, endeavored to take you to the best restaurant options available, given the remote area in which you traveled.
