very happy with tour as planned, one of the directions to hotel is for the wrong hotel. Train to nikko did not run, had to wait an hour.

very happy with the overall planning provided by Backyard Travel, everything listed had been booked, details for train travel were fantastic and saved much planning and I was able to use the rail system easily. a good variety of activities were provided and the prices listed for optional activities was accurate. All hotels were clean and everything worked, with very helpful staff. I have been recommending Backyard Travel to other tourists.

Very supportive and open to revisions of the original plans. Being a lonely traveler maybe the choice of hotels where you can more easily meet other young and lonely travelers instead of aged groups
