Your samples were sent out the day after you requested your FREE samples. Unfortunately, to reduce costs we do not track our samples - the savings are passed onto our customers. We also did not receive any notification from yourself to inform us that your samples never arrived - your review is the first interaction we have had with you regarding this matter.
Our automated email that is sent to your email on submission of your sample request states that we can not guarantee delivery by Royal Mail and they can sometimes go missing; if you do not have your samples in 72 hours please call us.
Had we known we would have sent you a replacement straight away. I have dispatched another sample pack for you today and I will call in the next two days to see if it has arrived. It might be worth checking with your local post office as they may be holding the samples if they were unable to deliver them to you.
