Thanks for your feedback. Glad you are happy with the product. Although, it sounds like you've had a few technical issues amongst a lapse of communication which we can only apologise about.
There were technical issues regarding the emails during the time you made a purchase and I believe this may have been why you didn't receive a purchase email. In regards to the online customer account, this area is not fully operational at this time and the automated email you received; should not have been sent to you.
In regards to the delivery dates, there are set delivery days for specific postal areas which are on the website for customers to use
https://www.bargaingrass.co.uk/delivery. Our couriers requested that they handle the logistic and communications with customers and they are meant to announce that they are calling on our behalf. I have passed this feedback to the couriers and we will look at making the communication better in the future.
