Holiday was great as was the hotel only downside was the transfers with A2B. One hour late leaving airport and left behind on return transfer despite text message stating our time and pick up point.

The people I spoke to when I booked the holiday we're very helpful. But the holiday was awful I would not go to hotel again or Bulgaria.

Hi Ryan,

Thank you for your feed back and we are sorry to hear about your transfer journey.  I shall pass your feedback onto our training manager as all sales staff should have offered you the best flight options and especially the transfer options.  Return shuttle transfers should always be offered as generally flights to the South are less money, and then a shuttle service added to a booking which definitely value for money and would have avoided any of the issues your mention.  We hope this experience does not stop you booking with Bargain Late Holidays again.
