I was not happy about the fact having already paid for the holiday and it was non-refundable. When customer service rang for my details I found out that the deal I was promised was not satisfactory.

Good value for money. Dose seem to cater mainly for German people ie not mutch in the way of signage in English just Spanish and German. Reception were helpfull and staff very friendly. Cleaners very

HI HELEN, I HAVE STILLL NOT HEARD FROM BARGAIN LATE HOLIDAYS DIRECTLY , THIS HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED, I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE COSTS OF THE 3 HOTEL DINNERS FOR MYSELF AND MY PARTNER AS WE WERE INFORMED WE WERE HALF BOARD SO THESE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED BY YOUR COMPANY. PLEASE ISSUE THE REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT, THANK YOU!

Hi Team, It's very difficult to speak to your employee over the phone as he didn't seem to listen to what I was saying and he was telling me that he is closing the complaint without it being resolved. I have sent bargain late holidays the cost of the evening dinners per person in the kyraid hotel. Therefore we should receive a refund for myself and my partner as we were informed that we were half board so this should have been covered for our 3 night stay. Please raise this with your management if there's still an issue as it was confirmed 3 times over the phone by your colleagues that we were half board. Kind regards Sarah
