Hi there,

Sorry to hear your feedback, I'm not sure if you mean the sales staff didn't give you different option and the holiday was expensive? If that is the case I am sorry you feel that, I believe you may have upgraded your flights and hotel which has made the cost slightly higher than the original amount.  I will however pass this onto the training manager to help staff training.

The hotel they sent us to was a disgrace filthy we got covered in bed bugs filthy things not working and no entertainment the place should be shut down
