They over charged me, and have a poor response time, and it seems like they use an Indian call centre

Ibooked a very last minute break in Majorca which (apart from being dropped off at the wrong hotel and having had to taxi back to the correct one) to a successful location. that was excellent value

Good deal, although paid for transfers to hotel which was literally minutes from airport would have appreciated advice to that effect from the seller I spoke to over the phone.
