Thanks for the feedback Laura. Norire has been excellent in his help and advice. It was good of him to book the LHR hotel to lessen the impact of the first day, I am grateful for the gesture.
However, as discussed with Norire, less than 1 week prior to departure, after paying my money and organising the additions of currency exchange, travel insurance etc, that I am now forced to follow an itinerary I explicitly made clear I didn't want to do. It took a few attempts prior to booking whilst waiting for the ground handlers to reply and give alternatives.
It's an inconvenience that shouldn't have happened after booking and my reply to the request for feedback and scoring directly reflects the above - not Norire or Best Served in the UK.
