Better Removals & Storage Ulasan

Thank you for the comments, i have checked the system, and with the amount of boxes we had ticked on the survey and priced for, it warranted a 1 man packing service, but on the packing day i can see Bradley packed everything that was ticked, plus used the spare boxes and still had to leave some till Monday, so that was totally underestimated in costs / manpower and therefore left "mad scramble"  on the Monday.   

I can see we had a 3 man team Monday on the Removal Day, and can only apologise that we was not out before the new people arrived, hopefully the unloading process did not take as long as the loading and sorry that 3 breakages occurred. 

sorry that we only made a 3 star rating, hopefully next time you move we are able to rectify the mistakes on quoting and turn the 3 star into a 5 star.

Moving is up there with one of the most stressful times in a persons life  (obviously below having a child)    we are glad that you were happy with the service, and everything went to plan.   I also hope you had a great 1st Christmas with your new born.

Very disappointed with this comment.  I have just checked the paperwork and i was on the move myself into storage with a fellow manager and 1 other 

This job was packed poorly, boxes were in terrible condition, and we went over the top to help out because Mr Wade was poorly including delivering some chairs to another address on route for no charge

I have the inventory here with me with notes stating that items were scratched / broken / Soiled / Damaged and in poor condition and i remember the move and how we got on really well with you that and how happy you was with us when we left, and you have signed the inventory, as well as given the crew 5 out of 5 service for service in and out of storage. 

Once the containers were loaded by myself that day they were sealed and delivered back to you on the lorry as you had good access to the new address, so you are actually accusing myself of stealing from you.    My Staff are CRB checked, and i am not a thief, and am actually very angry with your comments, because the containers were opened at your new property.
