Better Removals & Storage Ulasan

Thank you taking time to rate our company, i actually attended the office move myself on the Saturday along with 18 of our staff and the move was spread over multiple days with a large team.    We also added an extra day at no charge to your company as well as extra staff throughout the moving process.    

I have the original move plan for this move and what we completed far exceeded what was planned, and the reason we have received a bad review is due to the extra work that you required that was not quoted for plus moving items of furniture that we have put in place under the instructions of one of your staff. 

I am sorry that you felt it was not a 5 star Move because my team completed a top rate service of which i experienced personally over multiple days moving over 10,000 cubic foot of goods, and i know that 95% of your staff were happy with the service on the day and Harry who was your move manager throughout was in full control throughout ensuring that all was going to plan. 

we wish you all the best int the future and i hope the new offices / warehouse are up and running and working out for you.

Thank you for the feedback, I am not sure why a bath plug would have been packed, this one has baffled me if i am honest!! ;-)  so i can only apologise. 

i am glad you found the packing crew excellent, i am 99% sure i was their myself as we also brought the lorry and pre-loaded the majority of the goods after the packing had finished.     I am glad that you found Removal team pleasant, there were 6 guys provided to load the balance onto the two vehicles and then deliver that afternoon.  I am sorry that they did not manage to move the bed upstairs, the notes on the file say it did not fit upstairs without causing damage to the item or the walls. 

I am unaware as to why the re-delivery was rushed as we provided the large team to ensure that the move run smoothly and its a shame that we only earnt a 3 star rating after the efforts on day 1, but hopefully if you move again we can quote and hopefully rectify the situation
