I think it's very odd to charge for instructions. This is highly unusual and unacceptable never encountered this before

Hi, as a company we do not charge for instructions, these are supplied with the machines. We do however have optional guide books which detail the history of TENS and the use of TENS for pain relief. These books do not contain instructions on how to operate your machine. As mentioned that information is supplied free of charge with your purchase. I hope this has answered your question.
